It came in a chubby case to house 2 CDs, but the left tray came broken (some of the claws fell out and won't grip the CD anymore):

Does anyone know where I can find this specific tray replacement? The other tray is fixed and doesn't swing open (it's just like a standard opaque CD tray, but for a fatter case). It's the same kind of tray Akumajo Dracula Best 2 uses:

I asked on Discogs with no luck.
