Regarding 作家, the Writer role's description states that it can also be used to refer to the writing of a script/scenario in a drama, and therefore can also refer to this when used for a radio production.
Regarding 音声, from what I see it can be both voice and sound, so I went with Voice as it's less vague. If I've misunderstood it, I'm very sorry, maybe someone with real expertise can help out.

In this case of radio 作家 is the same as 構成作家, but since 作家 might be used in places other than radio I think it might be better to keep it as the more general "Writer" role. As mentioned in the description the Writer role isn't for song/music writers only, other types of writers are included as well.
