The start sounds like VP's Motoi Sakuraba to me.
Then it turns like something Kenji Ito or Daisuke Ishiwatari would compose.
I can't help you more, but if you don't know Kenji Ito, listen to his SaGa Battle Arrange, the style is pretty near and maybe you will like it :P
