I know the links above are not about the same guy, just all share the same kanji and same reading, being it the writer or the movie character. So the reading should have been the same for this composer/arranger. I know it might feel as a pure guess at first
. But finally the ringtone website confirmed it.
Now shu or shuu, since it really matter to you, I'd go with "shuu" as it is long vowel (but could have go with shū or shuh ...
no, just kidding).
