My guess on Free from Fear would be the previous save themes though. Masami Ueda stated (I don't know if it was in the box's booklet or the Biohazard 3 booklet) that the save theme is quite important, so when he decided to let Saori do the save theme for BH3, he probably even helped her out with it somehow (even if it was just with describing a style or whatever).
