Okay I have a guess now.
I'm going through the scans of some old Konami radio albums, because that's the kind of guy I am, and I find this line of composers in the program schedule in
KICA-7680:
One of the credits is for ラティーノ添田, and ラティーノ is らてぃーの in katakana so I suppose that's the same person.
添田 is the surname of
Kosuke Soeda.
