Nope, I've only done it for winter/xmas, because other seasons are more difficult to pin down musically/have less common themes. Plus there's so many covers of traditional Christmas songs, in videogames and elsewhere, that it makes it worthwhile. The way I'm doing this is by writing an "#xmas" tag in the Genre field, then keeping an autoplaylist in foobar2000 that looks there. It's not very elegant and honestly anathema to many music collectors, but it works well for me.
