Tohno seems to be the accepted translation, as a place name, as places like
Touhou Wiki use it. I don't know enough about Touhou to evaluate it, but I think it needs more discussion to change a community-accepted translation like this one.
There is a comment [ur=http://365age.com/reimu-hakurei/?p=5864]here[/url] that asserts Distant Fields, so an argument can be made. However, if we want to change it here, we will need to discuss it first, and then make the replacement globally on all our Touhou albums. We'd probably also want to approach the Touhou Wiki/Wikia folks to see if they will support the translation change.
