Someone asked Kikuta about it on Twitter and he replied that he was asked to compose this piece after the CD was already done, so it couldn't be included anymore. (The CD was released a month before the game.)
Kikuta also looked into his old MIDI data from 1995 and discovered that he had named the track "Falcon". (It's called "Flight from the Holy Land" in the SPC file I have.)
