I added the track list and the cover as they appear on the page that IkariDC linked above.
It looks like there's also a bonus Music From Original Porodius (CD) 「ミュージック フロム オリジナル・パロディウス（CD）」 that's included as an early-purchase bonus.
Should that have its own separate entry?
