Well I had spotted somewhere on the obi "Dance Dance Revolution STRIKE 『DDR FESTIVAL』" then I thought adding the "ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK" as shown on the cover would be a good thing. I think both titles are right however the "Dance Dance Revolution FESTIVAL & STRIKE ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK" is a translated title, but like you said it is still valid.
