At the moment, I believe VGMdb is for cataloguing
official soundtracks whether they are in hard copy format (e.g. Audio CD) or officially available as a download for a fee (e.g. iTunes) or made available for free by the artist him/herself.
Redbook audio tracks therefore do not count as official.
