Tama is Hiroshi Tamawari's nickname as evidence by his official site.
I think that's all as far as direct composition. I still believe his main responsibility for this soundtrack was more as a synthesizer manipulator. That said, the other two tracks he was involved with as an arranger is anyone's guess. There are the tons of Higashino's tracks that heavily sample, there's the guitar arrangements, etc. I don't sense his style anywhere else in particular.
