Probably best to also add some blocking like a colon or -/~. From Event: Black takes flight, From Event - Black takes flight, From Event ~ Black takes flight.
As for 128, I like Narcissist's Theme, but on the other hand most other themes are written as Theme of (blank). So it is either nicer naming or keeping to a standard.
