What makes you think of this? Honestly, I'm not very familiar with Shinobu Tanaka (with exeption of the Mario Kart works), but most tracks sound like her, battle themes included. For the final battle theme, I'm not sure, because I quite like the piano work here, it could be Kondo, but....
