I kind of feel like marking composers as featured when their music is reused in other game series is okay, but that they should be left unfeatured when their songs are reprised in the same series. I'm okay with Uematsu being
featured on Super Mario RPG for his Final Fantasy songs, but it weirds me out lumping
the Prelude and chocobo theme being reprised in Final Fantasy XIII-2 in the same category as that. So I'd personally leave Kanki & Ishida unfeatured here.
But I think most people feel that composers should be marked as featured in all situations where they weren't directly involved in the writing of the game's music, which honestly is a more consistent and easily applied standard.
Sorry that that's not really an answer. ┐('~`;)┌
