According to GMCL, Ohtani did music for Wizardry Empire 1 & 2 for the PSX, as well as Jikuu Bouken Zentrix for the PS2. I couldn't find any credits for any of those games, so I can't verify that, but
this Wizardry Empire fan page gives the music samples to him.
