Not sure about iTunes*, but any game disc with Red Book audio will behave like a standard audio CD when put in a standard player. They'll all have that data track at the beginning followed by normal audio files. What matters is its purpose, and this is like any other FM-Towns game with CD music where the game itself is on a floppy and the in-game music is played from a CD. It's part of the game, not an independent soundtrack release. This has all been discussed before.

*Maybe iTunes has an easier time with FM-Towns discs because they contain audio and nothing else. I've had issues in the past getting iTunes to recognize PCE game discs even though they play fine from the disc and other music programs don't have the same issue ripping them.
