The sticker correction sheet states:

「父よ私に神の力をください」に左のシール「面」を、３段目「面」に右のシール「父よ私に神の力をください 」をそれぞれ③裏の上から、ぴったり切り取り破線内に？うように合ってください。尚、CD「The After Moon]の１番目の音源、６分２０秒あたりから聞いてもらうとより詳しい解説で確認する事ができます。

If you notice on
MD Jacket Part 2 Back, row 2 column 2 is "父よ私に神の力をください" and row 3 column 2 is "面", however if you flip it over and look at "MD Jacket Part 2 Front", you'll notice that row 2 column 3 has "面" on the front cover and row 3 column 2 has "a meupai peço firmeza" on the front cover, which is the portugese translation of "父よ私に神の力をください". Therefore, the sticker correction sheet instructs you to put a sticker on the back of each of those to correct it.
There are no changes that need to be made to tracklists since this is just a correction to the MD Jackets.
- Will try to add credits to this as Uncredited for those I can identify in the talk tracks. Hirofumi Taniguchi speaks in most of them and identified himself in the first track but I don't know if I'll be able to make out the rest.
