Regarding title (桃花染に咲いて) change from "Momoka Some ni Saite" to "Tsukisome ni Saite", I believe it's correct because the game title is "Sen no Hatou, Tsukisome no Kouki / 千の刃濤、桃花染の皇姫" meaning in both cases "桃花染" should be read as Tsukisome, not Momoka Some.
