This may be a long shot but here goes.
I found a great cover of Sting Chameleon in the same style like the official Rockman X arrange album by Alph Lyla:

Now, my problem is that I really want to find the full version of this song as the Youtube video is only a partial segment.

Through some googling and digging I also found a blog site for the same person and it had an active site link, but not for the mp3:

I've also contacted this Kat-person through email that is listed in the Youtube account, but haven't gotten a response. It is perhaps because I can't communicate in Japanese, or because he doesn't use that email anymore.

-By some miracle someone has the full song downloaded way back in 2008 and can send it to me
-A new active link to the song is found
-Someone can contact Kat and get a response, or give me a tip to make contact by some other means.
