There is some information on this label on the Japanese
wiki. It basically seems to be an imprint of Media Factory which handles Pokémon related CD, DVD, etc, releases.
I'm not quite sure what the publisher/distributer relationship is like though. Checking the
release list on Media Factory's site, for recent releases it tends to say:
