As far as I know the Digital Soundtrack, the Artbook and Resident Evil 5 were bonuses unlocked through tiers/enough pre-orders... and only awarded to those who pre-ordered the Steam release. They were listed on the page, for a certain amount of time.
I'm one of those user who pre-ordered, should have specified that I'm not sure such bonuses
aren't there, anymore. Looking at the product's page on Steam, I'd assume they are no longer offered. Do you really find those disappearing bonuses stupid? Something similar happens with physical releases which have a limited set of prints... and are only given to those who pre-order certain products. It wouldn't be nothing new.
As a buyer who has pre-ordered the game on Steam, I would find pretty sad the fact that such bonuses are simply given to everyone... now that "we" have unlocked them.
