Due to the sheer commitment of Murayama getting older creators back together, I would be surprised if he hadn't already asked Higashino and she declined. I could certainly see a single track contribution upon stretch goals.
Unfortunately, if this couldn't get her back, I doubt that we will ever see a full or even partial Higashino game soundtrack again.
