The credits are taken from the 3 official digital releases and that one "
Lineage ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK" by NC Japan which credited all tracks to Joey Newman.
I guess they didn't manage the music well back then. Even the official channel says the composer is unknown for
certain track.
