Yes; however, while with Disney I imagine there might be copyright problems (the music could probably be published but the games's artwork should require a license renewal I guess. [unless you go the Yuzo Koshiro Best Collection or Clarice Sunsoft Rom Cassette way and just omit the copyrighted material]; with Shining Force, which is wholly owned by Sega, It's strange that an album hasn't surfaced yet.
