I'm not sure where the BGM credits come from. The Wiki article just says "音楽". In the staff role for the game, the music is credited to 株式会社ランティス (Lantis). Are Hiraaya (平綾) or Jun Kageie (景家 淳) associated with Lantis.

But I don't find Jun Kageie (景家 淳) on that list anywhere.
All of the composers and arrangers for the vocal songs are credited in both the staff role and in the booklet (I'll add scans later). Jun Kageie composed "Imouto Demo Ii no", and Hiraaya composed "Shiritsu Akihabara Gakuen Kouka" and "LINK".
But there's no explicit mention anywhere of who handled the BGM.
