Funny you should mention this album... I saw it at SlightlyDark so I decided to look for some info online and found this page:

According to this, tracks 3-5 were composed by Basil Poledouris. Who? Well, he scored the music for... Robocop. He wrote that unforgettable Robocop theme.
Another good site to get arcade game credits from is
MAWS. They're a database of the games in the MAME emulator (there are no game downloads there) and they have trivia and credits for many games. According to them, the Robocop arcade game music was done by "Hiroaki Yoshida (MARO), Hiroyuki, Hitomi Komatsu".
