Reviews
I don't know if it's been discussed before, but what about reviews? I mean, there's a lot of reviews around the web, but many of them are made by just one or two guys. Think what would happen when anyone can write and explain his own perception of a song, album, artist, etc. (music is subjective, you know?)
Also, that would be useful when someone wants to justify the rating he gave to an album.
