The synths definitely do. Not as much guitar, much more lighthearted, but yeah, definitely has that vibe to it. I could picture it as a pseudo-cousin to Popful Mail's music (better, IMO).
This is up there as one of my better impulse purchases. I wasn't expecting much after trudging through the anime.
