Default Noriko Aoki (#26393)
The kanji is the same, but is Noriko Aoki the voice actress actually the same Noriko Aoki who sang the Fire Emblem songs? FE isn't/wasn't listed on her production company profiles and she doesn't seem to have any other song credits.
