Best to stick with one of the systems within a company rather than a mix, I think.
Since future releases are already listed as by BANDAI NAMCO Arts on retailers I've updated every future Bandai Visual entry to BANDAI NAMCO Arts. It was also printed on the obi for April 4th releases:

Note that High Position is not listed there despite having releases as recently as last year, so I'm not sure if they are still active.
Also according to that page the "BANDAI VISUAL" branding still exists as a label of BANDAI NAMCO Arts.
