I added some more image, but this release is a little tricky so the moderators may need to take a look.
This soundtrack CD came with Leaf Amusement Soft Vol.1 "Saorin to Issho!!" (Leafアミューズメントソフト第1作 『さおりんといっしょ!!』). However, the disc is contained within the case of the game itself in a second CD tray (not in its own separate CD case, as was the case for the Leaf Amusement Soft Vol. 4 "Special Sound CD"). For this reason, I think it's a good idea to have at least an image of the front of the game case. This is useful for people who are searching for this soundtrack and need to know what the case looks like and what they should be searching for.
Just in case, I've also included images of the back of the case and the Obi. I'm not sure if those are necessary, so feel free to delete them.
Lastly, I uploaded a new larger image of the soundtrack disc itself sitting in the original white plastic disc tray.
