^ I can't say I really agree with the font size criteria for that...
Oh yeah, circled number is a unicode special character, it is fine to keep it in original kanji line, but as the display, I don't know, we don't do that unless the character is decorative e.g. ♡ but circled numbers... are they 'decorative'?
