I think one of the version should be child of the other one (supposedly the cd one)
ss: do you know for one same release, there is the "add a child album" option in the initial submission's near-title menu?
meaning, when you submit one album (vinyl or cd, for example) and the same release has a cassette version, the "child album" option must be used (it's simpler because the main page already has all the needed fields filled in, except those proper to the release to childize)
