Apparently, this can't be considered a real project, as nothing has been done on it yet. It is currently in the "fund it so that I can go ask the relevant people whether they are interested in doing it, we will raise the necessary money then" stage, with no thought given to the actual execution of the thing. As a result, no rewards have yet been decided. I very much doubt this project passes Kickstarter rules for such projects.
