What I was trying to point out is that we have ZX-only catalog numbers for other BD/DVD enclosures even when they have had ZX/ZB printed on them.

Quote:
but when a CD comes for LEs of both a Bluray and DVD release, the publisher themselves are making a point of listing the bonus CD as ZX/ZB
They do not make point of it, they are not consistent at all when comes it to this. These are all Aniplex BD/DVD enclosures within the past year, and all only have ZX printed on them despite having both BD & DVD editions.

I think it would be confusing to list a different style of catalog numbers for the same thing based on what Aniplex have felt like printing on the disc.

Also, personal opinion, I don't think "ANZX/ZB-12430" should be considered one catalog number at all. It's just a shorter way of writing "ANZX-12430/ANZB-12430" which other manufacturers often do. For example KADOKAWA Anime http://vgmdb.net/org/524, TOHO animation http://vgmdb.net/org/1133

And we just add one catalog number for such entries (corresponding to the BD release), so I think the same should apply here.
