I assume that's what dancey meant with using the same
format, of course changing the text (and not changing the album color in search results)

As for the technical aspect of it, I think showing this on every release linked to avex pictures regardless of type (enclosures are banned as well since you can't buy the bd/dvd they are packaged in) would be enough. As said previously in this thread some shops like Amazon banned other releases as well, but that's not consistent across different shops.
