I think you're right, but I'm not positive.
Nobu is a somewhat uncommon name reading for 庸, but it's definitely possible. 旬 is the one that troubles me, because masa seems like it'd be an extremely unlikely reading. 旬 seems to almost entirely be either Hitoshi (alone) or jun/shun (alone or in compounds).
I did find a couple of stray ENAMDICT entries reading 旬 as masa, as well as a real life person Masanobu Itaya (板谷 旬展), so I do think your guess is correct. It'd be an unusual reading, but it's an unusual name to begin with.
