Well, that's rather pretentious. They may
technically not be part of the title, as per common sense, but that's how they are presented in. If there was some other type of documentation, like a back cover image with a different tracklist, then that would be a different story. Otherwise, as Efendija pointed out, unless Grant Kirkhope himself explicitly states it, those parenthesis stay there until the end of time.
