Edit: Okay, so I found an auction on Letao that contained images for an insert that explains a bit (some of the text is cut off on the sides in their photo), as well as an image of the mailer from Artdink that the album was sent in. It looks like there was some kind of Artdink 10th Anniversary Campaign. It's not clear if it was a giveaway/raffle, or simply something that had to be purchased via mail. I've added both images to the database with links to the auction in the URL field.
Does anyone know how this album was originally made available? It's classified as an enclosure/promo, but I can't find any information as to how it was obtained.
