I bought a copy of this and Jinrou Bansou Music Collection [META-2013] from Wayo Records. Both came as a single pressed CD in a generic black slimline case. I'm not sure if the physical release ever had a printed insert. The one we're using as the cover image may only exist in full like that for the digital release.
I added an image of the disc and the disc in the case.
