First, 望月智充 = Tomomi Mochizuki, anime director of Dirty Pair Flash 2 & 3 (wiki,
here). He wrote lyrics for "つめたいキス". Not included on this CD, so should remove him from credits as arranger (??) and from notes for the last song

Interesting thing, it's a pen name of Akino Arai. Pretty sure she got the idea after she did chorus for "Sakura" album of Zabadak...
