I haven't played the game, so I'm wondering: Are Mr. Write and Christine related? Because the music for Christine's house seems to use the same theme from SimCity as the track for Mr. Write, so in any case Soyo Oka should be credited for being the original composer on this track as well.

Enter Name - Hidden BGM ''Zelda'' is an arrangement of the classic Zelda overworld theme, so Kondo should be credited for that track as well.
I dunno, I think as great as these official credits look, they appear somewhat incomplete.
