So this is kind of a weird one. It's been shipped out to people who preordered it early (although with different artwork + it's a 12" and not a 10" as first advertised), but has been cancelled otherwise due to legal issues.

Does it qualify as "Cancelled" since some copies still went out? Or should all this just be mentioned in the notes?
