I don't have scans from the album booklet, but there is no doubt that Chumei Watanabe is also the arranger for all the BGMs, as for the 2 other Space Sheriffs Gavan and Shaider (I will add the 2006 soundtrack very soon). In fact Tower.jp does credit well Chumei Watanabe as arranger.
