I added this album to the database. It was originally released on CD-R and sold at M3-2014 Fall for ¥500.
This has been one of the hardest mamomo CDs to track down (I still don't have it), or even find much information about at all, but my research shows that there was a CD-R print. This 買取 page on Suruga-ya confirms it as well.
