Ah, the formatting of that "MUSIC COMPOSERS X ARRANGERS" label in the booklet is a little weird, and I guess whoever first worked out the info for this album interpreted it as separating composers and arrangers. I think it's a little clearer on the back of the album that the list is of all the composers and arrangers together. Which isn't that helpful!
JASRAC does have a composer breakdown, which is nice. Momoi did apparently compose five pieces for Louga II, despite not being in the credits.
