We originally were going to have sections for uploading lyric and liner note translations. I think it will eventually happen, but for now, I think the number of people who can contribute those kinds of translations is pretty low, so I think that would make the priority for implementing it low as well.
So yeah, the notes field is good for some liner note translations. If they are really large, you could post them in the thread.
