Same percussion sample. There was a small debate if Masafumi Takada sampled Hidenori Iwasaki's track. If you could find the sample in a library, that would make things clear.

A pretty redundant debate, considering that the percussion sample in question is nowhere clean in the FM4 song, and thus couldn't be actually sampled by Masafumi Takada.
And sorry, can't help about the other samples, apart from that I am not sure which sample you mean with the Spyro one.
